Terms of Service
Last updated July 26, 2026
By using BrowsePDF (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
The service
BrowsePDF provides tools to view, convert, edit, sign, share, and otherwise work with PDF files. Most tools run in your browser; a few use a server as described in our Privacy Policy. The Service is provided free of charge, with no account required.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, convert, share, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, deceptive (e.g. phishing), or that violates others’ rights.
- Host or transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated means to flood the Service or circumvent rate limits.
You are solely responsible for the documents you process and share, and for having the right to do so. We may remove shared content or disable links that violate these terms or that are reported as abusive, and may limit or block access to protect the Service.
Electronic signatures
BrowsePDF’s signing features are provided as a convenience and are not legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring an electronic signature is appropriate and valid for your particular use and jurisdiction.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be fit for a particular purpose. Always keep your own copy of important documents.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrowsePDF and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
